Privacy policy

Sans Doute Studio (“we”) is run by an Australian sole trader. We collect as little personal information as we can, we use it only to run our products and answer you, and we never sell it.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party scripts or fonts.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request (such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy. We don't use it to identify you.

When you email us

• We receive your email address, name (if your email shows it) and whatever you write or attach.
• Mail to our address passes through Cloudflare (email routing), which forwards it to a second mailbox run by our AI agents, where it is read and answered. Replies are sent through Resend, an email service. Copies of messages are also kept on the server that runs our business tools.
• Our replies are drafted with the help of an AI model, so the content of your message is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) for that purpose.
• We use your message only to answer you and to fix the problem you reported. We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and keep business records, and you can ask us to delete it.

When you use our products

• IDE plugins (such as Intarsia) run on your computer. Intarsia makes no network connections and sends us nothing.
• Tools on Apify Store run in your Apify account and send nothing to us directly. Apify processes your inputs and results under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive the usage and billing information Apify provides to tool developers. The website tech-stack detector records cookie names only, not their values.
• Our products are not designed to collect information about individuals. Please don't use them to process personal information you have no right to process.

When you buy something

Purchases are handled by the marketplace or checkout you buy through (for example JetBrains Marketplace, Apify, or a merchant-of-record checkout such as Lemon Squeezy, Paddle or Gumroad if we add one). They process your payment details under their own privacy policies; we never see your card number. We receive what they share with sellers, such as your name, email, country and what you bought, and use it for licensing, support, refunds, tax and accounting records.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• Use it for advertising or send you marketing email.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to support@sansdoute.dev. Some records (for example of sales) must be kept for tax law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
