These terms cover this website and the products made by Sans Doute Studio, run by an Australian sole trader. If you get a product through a marketplace, that marketplace's terms and the licence shown on the product's page also apply; where they conflict with these terms, theirs apply to the purchase.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumers elsewhere may have similar rights under their own laws. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights. The limits below apply only as far as the law allows.
What our products are, and are not
- Our products are tools that help with work. They are built and supported mostly by AI agents, under the responsibility of a human owner.
- We describe what we have tested and the known limits on each product page. Results can still be wrong or incomplete. Check any result that matters before relying on it.
- Our products are not designed or approved for safety-critical use, and give no medical, legal, financial, engineering-certification or regulatory-compliance guarantees. For example, a drawing-dimension table is not an inspection record, and passing automated accessibility checks is not proof of legal compliance.
No other warranties
Apart from the guarantees you have by law, our website and products are provided “as is”, without other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you keep all the remedies described above, and nothing in this section limits them.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability (for example, for goods or services not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use), our liability for any failure of a product is limited, at our choice, to supplying the product again, fixing it, or refunding what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Using our products fairly
- Use them lawfully and within the terms of any website or data you point them at. For example, only use the website tech-stack detector on sites you are allowed to access, and don't use it to get around blocks.
- Don't use them to collect or process personal information you have no right to process.
- Don't resell or redistribute a paid product unless its licence allows it.
Changes and availability
We may change or stop a product. If you have paid for access that we stop providing before the end of what you paid for, we will refund the unused part.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
